How to cook.

  1. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  2. Form 4 patties
  3. Mix flour, eggs, and salt to make the bun dough
  4. Let dough rest for 15 minutes
  5. Shape buns and bake at 180°C
  6. Cook burgers in a pan
  7. Heat tomato pulp with seasoning for sauce
  8. Assemble burgers with sauce
  1. Add flour, eggs, salt to bowl - 20 sec/speed 4
  2. Knead - 2 min/dough setting
  3. Rest dough 15 minutes
  4. Clean bowl
  5. Add onion - 5 sec/speed 5
  6. Add tomato pulp and seasonings - 8 min/100°C/speed 1
  7. Cook burgers separately in pan

Tips.

  1. Don't overwork the meat when forming patties
  2. Let buns cool completely before cutting
  3. For juicier burgers, make a small dimple in center of patties
  4. Toast buns slightly before serving
  5. Sauce can be made ahead and reheated
