Preparation
How to cook.
- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Form 4 patties
- Mix flour, eggs, and salt to make the bun dough
- Let dough rest for 15 minutes
- Shape buns and bake at 180°C
- Cook burgers in a pan
- Heat tomato pulp with seasoning for sauce
- Assemble burgers with sauce
- Add flour, eggs, salt to bowl - 20 sec/speed 4
- Knead - 2 min/dough setting
- Rest dough 15 minutes
- Clean bowl
- Add onion - 5 sec/speed 5
- Add tomato pulp and seasonings - 8 min/100°C/speed 1
- Cook burgers separately in pan

Tips.
