Preparation
How to cook.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and molasses
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Chill dough for 2 hours
- Roll out dough and cut house pieces using templates
- Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes
- Prepare royal icing
- Assemble house using royal icing as cement
- Decorate with candies and additional icing
- Add butter and sugar to bowl, mix 30 sec/speed 4
- Add eggs and molasses, mix 20 sec/speed 3
- Add dry ingredients, knead 2 min/dough setting
- Chill and continue with traditional assembly

Tips.
